Hello South Mountain!
I wanted to let everyone know that former South Mountain member and current President of
Liberty Riders Chapter, Sharon Joyce was involved in a head-on accident on Saturday, November 14th. Sharon is currently in
the Trauma unit at Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, PA. She sustained multiple traumatic injuries in the accident
and has undergone a couple of surgeries with more expected as soon as she is well enough to tolerate them. PLEASE, keep Sharon
and her husband, John, in your thoughts and prayers! That's really the only thing we can do for them at this time. Sharon
is NOT allowed to have visitors right now! Those of us who know and love Sharon also know what a fighter she is. Let's keep
those positive vibes beaming her way. I'll keep you posted as news becomes available.

"LET'S ROLL" Memorial Ride 2006
Bob and I rode out to Somerset PA. Sunday, September 10th, to ride along with other riders to visit the Flight 93 Memorial
at Shanksville. There were around two hundred bikers that showed up for the ride. We all road in parade fashion
from Somerset HD to the crash site. At the site, Jayne Challinor spoke to the riders and a few family members of those
who sacrificed their lives on Flight 93 in order to save others. Following Jayne's few words, a prayer to remember the heros
of Flight 93 was said. Kevin Snyder said a few words, and was joined by others reciting Psalm 23. It was a memorable
experience. We must NEVER FORGET the day when terrorists killed thousands of innocent victims on our own soil
because they hate Our Freedom, on 9/11/01.
